Purpose of the system

Festapp Tickets is a web system for event organizers and participants. It supports publishing events, managing registrations and orders, selling tickets and communicating with participants. Organizers may be associations, groups, businesses or individuals.

The system and the event organizer

Michael Bujnovský provides the technical system. The organizer identified with the event or order is responsible for the event, its content, prices, participation terms, payments, cancellations, questions and complaints. The organizer sets the terms of the event, ticket or other service. These system terms do not replace them.

Creating an account accepts these system terms. Account registration does not place a ticket order or accept the rules of a particular event.

Payments

Where enabled by the organizer, card payments use Stripe Checkout and the organizer’s connected Stripe account. Stripe processing fees depend on the organizer’s account. Bank transfer is available only when the organizer explicitly enables it. The organizer is responsible for event cancellation and refund terms, which must be disclosed with the offer.

Email and communication

The system sends messages needed for accounts and services, including registration, sign-in and account recovery, order and payment confirmations, tickets, reminders and order changes or cancellations. Organizers may send information about their events or registrations and are responsible for that content.

Accepting these terms does not consent to advertising email or a newsletter.

Rules of use

Sign-in credentials and tickets are personal. Do not disrupt the system, bypass capacity or security restrictions, access other people’s accounts or tickets without authorization, or send unlawful or harmful content.

Event information may change. Contact the organizer for current conditions. These terms do not limit consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
